Chris Estrada

Estrada, one of the most exciting up-and-coming voices in comedy, is the co-creator, star, writer and executive producer of the hit Hulu series "This Fool" which is based on his standup comedy act and upbringing in South Los Angeles. "This Fool" tells the story of Julio Lopez (played by Estrada), who has a heart of gold and goes out of his way to help everyone by himself. It explores Julio’s attempts to better his community, overcome his codependency issues with his family and navigate working-class life in South Central Los Angeles. The show also stars Michael Imperioli, Frankie Quinones, Laura Patalano, Michelle Ortiz and Julia Vera. The series is also produced by Fred Armisen and was co-created by Matt Ingebretsen, Jake Weisman and Pat Bishop. Estrada has captured the attention of many with his comedy, having been voted "one of LA's comedians to watch in 2018," by Time Out LA and was an "Up Next" performer at Comedy Central's Clusterfest in 2019. His other credits include Comedy Central's Corporate and the comedy special Entre Nos for HBO.
